The Last Word

Do you like to have the last word when in a debate, argument or confrontation?Are you able to just let it go and let the other person get the final word off their chest, have their say and be done with it?

Some people feel a need to have that “last word” while others can simply walk away and shrug it off. Even if they are not simply shrugging it off, some people tend to not need to put their final two cents in.

Never Partner Up in Business with People Whom You Always Disagree With

Never partner-up in business with someone who find flaws on everything you say or do. If you cannot agree on one thing and most of the time argue what is his/her and what is yours. Somebody who thinks that what he or she has is none of your business and must not meddle with it but plans to use it as a shared capital of business to be put up with you. Never partner up with someone who argues with you even on the smallest thing that may not even business related. Your joint business would eventually fail. And that holds true for anybody. Not even with the closest person you may have in life. Especially if it is not your money being the industrial partner.

A joint business cooperation needs trust, confidence, and respect. These are the basic ingredients of success in business partnership.

Without, forget committing yourself on it. There won’t be a common interest. You will only be blamed and castigated if it does not create profit because of too much disagreement. And your every business day will be filled with stress and tension. A separation of ways will always be expected in the end.

A bit of caution to all who wanted to build a business partnership.
