The smallest & lightweight  M4 module makes and gravity settles 2 x 200L (2x50gal) of biodiesel per day. It is composed of the following:

1 (one) BD2-D, vacuum flash dryer for full dewatering 100-200 L/h of  veggie oil

1 (one) BD2 pressurized processor, performing the 240 liter batch reaction

1 (one) SAT-1, oil less, air compressor for safety handling the liquids

Designed to be installed in full ventilated rooms, all the biodiesel processors are industrial grade, stainless steel made, with on-line mixer, double pump feeding, belt type electric heaters in pipes, and 3 safety devices.

The optional BD2F vessel is a 0.5 micron filter to keep out the sterol glucosides particles, and delivers the best bio diesel for low temperature use.

The resulting biodiesel can meet ASTM or EN standards (depends on the feedstock used).

Easy and fast biodiesel quality control by two physical parameters and 2 tests:

* Specific Gravity at 20°C < 0.895 g/cm3

* Kinematic Viscosity at 40°C < 5.5 cSt

* PH > 7 measure, and the “27/3” chemical test

Expandable from 400 to 6000 L/day (1500 gal/day):

Each module can make 15 reactions in 24h. Then, by sending the mixture to external settling tanks (BD2-E type) the vessel becomes free to handle successive reactions. This way, one M40 module may settles up to 6,000 liters/day(1500 gal/day) of high quality biodiesel.

** NOTE: the 8-9h gravity settling time into the pressurized decanters defines the daily production. Each batch reaction, from the oil drying up to the reaction end, takes 60-90 minutes only.

There are available bigger M8/16/24/32/40 modules with the new BD4 reactor with one 400 L/batch BD4 type processor, the M40 module offers a production of 6000 L of biodiesel in 24h (over 1800 T/year) by adding several BD4-E settling tanks.

Manpower Requirements: two operators.

Modular arrangement: several M40 units can be placed in parallel to increase the production. Any of them may simultaneously process a different feedstock each to make high quality biodiesel.

Our supply comes with BD JET Manual, detailing the technology and instructions for easy DIY installation.

To comply with quality control, the scope includes instruments for Specific Gravity & Viscosity measurements.

As an option, we can include the new BD2-F device, for 0.5 micron centrifugal filtering, which will remove any sterol glucosyde particle from the biodiesel.

Main Features of the Oil Mill


Mill is suitable for crushing all types of oilseeds whether edible or non edible.


Filtration of oil is better than bigger oil mills giving transparent pure natural & “at a stretch convincing” appearance to the oil.


Decorticator has special provision for shelling groundnut for seed purpose without breakage.


Yield of oil is as high as big mills because of highly scientific worm sequence inside the chamber cage.


Maintenance expenses are negligible.


Technology is so simple that person can be trained only in 3 days to operate the mill.

Special Features of Expeller


Chamber cage opens on hinges simply by tilting of chamber halves.


Thinckness of cake can be changed  to find and adjust cone at the point of optimum operation.


Traditional oil pump is replaced by a filtering unit (optional)


Due to ready foundation frame, No foundation of any machine required in the ground. So you can start the mill in 24 hours. Also you can shift the machine from one place to another as and when required.


6 units of tapper roller bearing make expeller very sturdy and durable. No ball bearing fitted any where.


As the oil mill (expander) is very compact, it is economical to import by air freight.

Some additional explanations


Highly experienced mill operator can extract oil without cooking from some oilseeds such as rape seeds, cottonseed, sesame, sunflower, copra etc. For Groundnut, Palm kernel, Castor seed, cooking is essential.


Refining of oil is not required. Filtered oil is best for health. Filter oil has minimum 18 months shelf life. However, cottonseed oil requires refining or at least neutralizing.


Castor seed oil requires steam heating in a neutralizer vessel before filtration.


For palm fruits, our conventional expeller will not be useful. SPECIAL KIND OF EXPELLER WITH DIFFERENT DESIGN IS PROVIDED FOR PLAM FRUITS and such expeller specially for palm fruits is not useful for any other oilseeds.

Function of Machinery


Cracker breaks the sunflower/castor/copra/groundnut  seeds and gives the mixture of kernels & husks for crushing. Runs on 4 H.P. Motor. (Optional).


Cooking kettle heats and cooks the kernels or oilseeds by electricity. A little spray water is also added to the oilseeds to increase moisture content to optimum level. The feeder is mounted on the expeller and is driven from expeller motor.


Expeller crushes oilseeds producing oil and oil cake.


 Filtered oil is completely pure and fresh natural edible oil.(filter optional)


Neutralizer (optional) removes free fatty acids from cottonseed oil by adding caustic soda (lye). It is driven by 1 H.P. Motor. Castor oil also can be heated into neutralizer by steam coils inside the neutralizer
