Barangay Power Plant Project

1

Compact, easy to operate, small footprint, sustainable,  manageable, highest energy generation efficiency in the world at 95% to 97% energy conversion, new and leading technology,  two weeks installation, easily duplicated, car like regular maintenance (engine oil change) only, 20 to 25 years lifespan, state-of-the-art instrumentation, low cost complete industrial type micro power plant at PhP1.67 per KW generation cost if organic waste bought at PhP1.00/kg to create community livelihood (zero fuel cost if a community can collect 1000kg of any organic refuse/garbage/ waste that could be market waste/animal manure/human sewage/agro-waste/slaughter house waste/food left-overs/napier grass planted on 3 hectares of land), 24/7 power generation on a single fuel feed per day, each unit comes with performance guarantee. German designed and engineered.

RELIABLE MICRO PROJECT AND ITS DUPLICATION- it is the most realistic approach to clean energy development in the Philippines.  We all talk of grand and expensive ways to produce energy from waste. Fuel sustainability and waste management will always be a problem.  Not anymore- small but many is the solution. We only need the right technology.

The Philippines is so blessed with so much organic growth and organic waste.  Grass, animal manure, human sewage,   rotting organic market waste, slaughter house refuse,  food left-over, green trimmings and field agro waste can give us power, one barangay at a time, until all barangay have their own power plant. Farms can have their own power and clean water discharge from this technology, too.

Project investment will get you a patented and well designed system that is globally proven and accepted, properly engineered, manufactured according to international safety and quality control standards.  It comes with state-of-the-art biogas technology instrumentation and control to assure operational excellence. Backyard designed biogas system can be a ticking time bomb, a methane venting system to the atmosphere, or just a giant waste water treatment plant that will stink and stop on load saturation. We boast of a 95% to 97% organic fuel energy conversion with our biogas system, the highest in the industry. We do not buy a Benz or a BMW car just to lose them for a short time of usage, or trouble ourselves with so much breakdown maintenance, or endanger our life on the road. Just like a biogas power plant, we buy premium solutions because we wanted them for the long run. For the long haul. And for safety. There will never be a comparison. There will be no regrets. That is what we offer.

This project can be funded in so many ways.  The Barangay who wanted it must initiate a project proposal for funding allotment or grants.  There are so many justifications involve: climate change mitigation, remote power generation, livelihood creation, waste management, sustainable Barangay income, etc., etc..  They must have the tenacity to source out possible funding to benefit their constituents.  Most important- Barangay leaders must have a vision for long term development and must not consider this Barangay Power Plant their own “milking cow” or “pot-of-gold.”  This is long term service for a community, 20 to 25 years of power generation, so it is beyond any political term of the one who started it.  It will be his grand and worthy legacy though for all time.  If a Barangay can go beyond their usual “our-budget-is-limited” or “we-don’t-have-the–money” way of thinking, they will find the following funding avenues worth checking and submitting a proposal to:

–           Line Special Project Budget Allotment or Grant from the Provincial or National Government

–           Foreign grants to support climate change mitigation endeavors in developing countries.

–           Barangay residents who lived abroad and who may have an association wanting to do a project.

–           Any existing ADB or WB Renewable Energy funding to benefit the Barangay.  It is not big so it may be easy.

–           Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds of large companies, especially those located in your place, provided their logo or brand is painted on the power plant itself.

–           A wealthy Barangay resident who may want to do it on a Build-Operate-Transfer agreement.

–           Any government agencies with funds for the development and care of the environment, agriculture, LGU, poverty index, remote community leverage, etc. etc…

–           PDAF? DAP? Whatever will happen to it would only mean more visual local projects that people wanted to see and hear for years to come.  Not just on the term of the incumbent Barangay Captain.   This project is one perfect example.

Funding for such projects would tend to go direct and with extreme transparency. It will create so much good for the general welfare but less SOP money.  Corruption destroys. Service uplifts.  Having your own Barangay Power Plant will be a new beginning.

It will be worth it.

REFERENCE INFO.

The system is a first rate high technology biogas power generation package that is first in the world.  It is similar to a state-of-the-art biogas power plant with all the automation and instrumentation to make it safe and efficient.  To give you an idea what that is, click a short video link below.

An efficient and reliable biogas system must not be only tanks, pipes, and valves.  it must be controlled and biogas production analyzed.  Fuel mixed observed and studied to create the perfect system to give extra value for your money.

A D V E R T I S E M E N T :

Helping the Poor.

I am currently for hire to do a highly profitable triple bottom-line business to raise the lives of the rural poor. It is a grass-root technology driven business to usher decentralized progress. It will generate power, create jobs, develop local industry, mitigate climate change, and empower a local community- all at the same time.

Simply put, I am looking for a willing employer that I can give more business by helping others.
